4. Withdrawal of tour

Group departures generally require a minimum number of travelers to operate the tour, and on occasion departures must be cancelled because of low enrollment. Legacy Tour & Travel reserves the right to withdraw a departure for any reason, including low enrollment or concerns about the welfare of travelers. If Legacy Tour & Travel cancels a tour prior to departure, full refunds of payments received, including travel protection premiums, will be made.

5. Travel protection

Travel protection plans help protect your travel investments, your belongings, and most importantly you, from those unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during a trip. If purchased within 21 days of your initial tour deposit, plans often waive the pre-existing medical condition exclusion, provided you are not disabled from travel at the time your plan payment is made.
Travelers opting not to purchase coverage should fully understand that they are responsible for any cancellation penalties, and out of pocket expenses incurred or loss caused by trip interruption, missed connection, travel delay, medical emergency, or baggage loss/delay. They will also need to make their own provision in the event of an emergency while traveling.

6. Photo consent

Throughout the tour, group photos may be taken by a Legacy Tour & Travel team member or by your fellow travelers for submission to Legacy Tour & Travel. These photos may be published via the internet, social media, broadcast television, DVD, VHS, newspapers, magazines, brochures or other printed or electronic media. Should you wish not to be included in the photos, please let your tour manager and your fellow travelers know of your wishes.
