This tour offers departure points in Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois, and Indiana.  Depending on your pick-up point selection, the tour duration will be from 6 to 8 days.  The price will vary accordingly.  The “Base Tour”, or core, will begin on the day the last group of travelers join the tour, and end on the first day they begin to leave.  “Additions”, like a "Gathering" or "Post" core night, to that base tour will allow all travelers the convenience of departing from as close to home as possible.

* Travelers departing from IOWA, MINNESOTA or ILLINOIS, take advantage of a transfer to Hyatt Place South Bend, our ‘gathering overnight’ hotel in Mishawaka, IN. All remaining travelers can either arrive on your own at the hotel for a complimentary overnight or choose to wait and join the group on April 13 from one of our identified Indiana departure locations
* For those spending the night at the Mishawaka hotel, get acquainted with fellow travelers and your tour manager; and enjoy a complimentary breakfast the following morning

* Enjoy your ride as we motor our way to Louisville, KY
* A visit to the Frazier History Museum "The Official Starting Point of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail"
* Tonight, we’ll dine together at a local Louisville restaurant
* Overnight with our first of two nights at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Louisville

* We start the day off with a "Backstretch Breakfast" at Churchill Downs & the Kentucky Derby Museum
* While enjoying breakfast, we’ll watch the thoroughbreds workout rail side with the jockeys to be followed by a guided historic walking tour of Churchill Downs
* Guided tour of the Louisville Slugger Bat Factory
* Enjoy a free evening and dinner on your own


April 15

* This morning, we’ll be "On the Road Again" to Music City U.S.A. - Nashville
* We’ll check out all things Corvette "America’s Sports Car" - at the Bowling Green Corvette Museum with a boxed lunch
* Visit to Belle Meade Historic Site & Winery. Here we’llenjoy a self-guided tour to be followed by a wine tasting
* Enjoy the rest of the evening prior to a restful overnight with our first of three nights at the Drury Inn & Suites, Nashville Downtown

* A Nashville city tour with a singer/songwriter guide is the perfect way to start our day.
* History will come to life with our visit to Andrew Jackson’s home and final resting place - the Hermitage.
* The rest of the day is yours! Enjoy experiencing Nashville and dining on your own

* Take a behind-the-scenes tour of the Ryman Auditorium.
* Enjoy free time this afternoon and evening to continue your exploration of the sights and sounds of Nashville and dine on your own

* As we start our journey home, sit back, relax and enjoy the passing views while sharing your trip highlights with your fellow travel mates
* Travelers departing the tour in INDIANA and ILLINOIS welcome back to your departure locations
* Travelers continuing on to Iowa and Minnesota enjoy a relaxing overnight in the Chicagoland area at the DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago-Alsip
