This tour offers departure points in Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois, and Indiana. Depending on your pick-up point selection, the tour duration will be from 4 to 6 days. The price will vary accordingly. The “Base Tour”, or core, will begin on the day the last group of travelers join the tour, and end on the first day they begin to leave. “Additions”, like a "Gathering" or "Post" core night, to that base tour will allow all travelers the convenience of departing from as close to home as possible.

* Travelers departing from IOWA and MINNESOTA, take advantage of our ‘gathering overnight’ in the Chicagoland area. Remaining travelers can arrive on their own at the hotel for a complimentary night or choose to join the group on April 21 from our identified departure locations.
* For those staying in the Chicagoland hotel, meet fellow travelers and enjoy breakfast the next morning.

April 22

* Enjoy the ride as we make our way to French Lick Springs Hotel, our home-away-from-home for the next three nights.
* Dinner will be enjoyed together tonight at our hotel.

April 23

* To start our day, we’ll stretch our legs on a historic walking tour of the French Lick Springs Hotel.
* Enjoy free time and have lunch on your own.
* On our visit to Wilstem Wildlife Park, we’ll enjoy a drive through safari ride, culminating in an up-close animal encounter.
* Using the free trolley, the rest of the day is yours to have dinner on your own in town or enjoy the amenities of the French Lick Resort.

April 24

* Learning about the tumultuous history of French Lick West Baden with our step-on guide will start our day.
* Enjoy some free time for exploration.
* We'll get to relive the era when rail travel was the primary means for long-distance travel as we climb aboard a French Lick Scenic Railway train. Plus, we'll savor a boxed lunch before enjoying the views.
* Upon our arrival back to the hotel, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy.
