Hawaiian Cruise

January 14

* Group air transportation is included on this tour. For those travelers departing from IOWA, INDIANA and MINNESOTA, you will enjoy a transfer to our Chicagoland hotel for a gathering overnight.
* For those spending the night at the Chicagoland hotel, get to know your fellow travelers and your tour manager; and enjoy a complimentary breakfast the following morning.

January 15

* Relax on your ride to Chicago’s O’Hare Airport for your flight to Honolulu, Oahu, HI
* Upon our arrival in Oahu - the "Gathering Place" Island, we will receive a traditional lei greeting prior to settling-in at the Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach - Honolulu, HI, our home-away-from-home for the next three nights
* Enjoy dinner on your own this evening

January 16

* Exploring the Polynesian Cultural Center, we’ll learn more about the South Pacific groups that combined to become what we know as the "Hawaiian Culture"
* A wonderful and festive way to end our day - a traditional Hawaiian luau!

January 17

This is your day in paradise! You choose how you would like to spend your day: a restful day at the resort, a leisurely walk on the beach or maybe an exploration of all this beautiful city has to offer!

January 18

* We’ll start our day with a guide-narrated Honolulu city tour
* While exploring Pearl Harbor, we’ll learn more about the Japanese attack on December 7, 1941 - "a date which will live in infamy" as proclaimed by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt
* We’ll step aboard the USS Arizona Memorial - the battleship sunk by the Japanese; see the "Mighty Mo" - the USS Missouri, where Japan surrendered to end World War II; and drive through the Punchbowl National Cemetery
* After our guide narrated city tour, we’ll board the Norwegian Cruise Line’s Pride of America to start our cruise of the Islands

January 19

* Greet the day in Kahului, Maui! One of the sites Maui is most known for is the Highway to Hana with its aweinspiring and panoramic scenery

January 20

Enjoy another day of exploring on Maui - the "Valley Isle"

January 21

* Awake in Hilo, Hawaii! The Island of Hawaii is known for its powerful waterfalls and beautiful garden landscapes

January 22

* Welcome to the "Big Island’s" Kona side known for black moonscapes and black sand beaches

January 23

* Today, our island destination is Kauai - the oldest of the Islands. Kauai is known for its lush tropical foliage

January 24

* Enjoy another day of exploration on Kauai - the "Garden Isle"

January 25

* We return to Oahu this morning
* Upon disembarking from the ship, we’ll be greeted by our guide who will take us on an Oahu Island drive to include many of the Island’s most iconic spots: Halona Blow Hole, Nu'uanu Pali Lookout, Byodo In Temple, Kualoa Ranch and the Dole Plantation
* After our Island tour, we say "Aloha" (Good bye) to Hawaii as we start our journey home

January 26

* Arriving at Chicago O'Hare Airport, you will be greeted by your transfer driver for your return trip to your chosen departure location
* You return home with wonderful memories and photos from your adventure to share with family and friends
