This tour offers departure points in Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois, and Indiana. Depending on your pick-up point selection, the tour duration will be from 7 to 9 days. The price will vary accordingly. The “Base Tour”, or core, will begin on the day the last group of travelers join the tour, and end on the first day they begin to leave. “Additions”, like a "Gathering" or "Post" core night, to that base tour will allow all travelers the convenience of departing from as close to home as possible.

Good mobility is needed. There will be prolonged standing, stairs, energetic activities and walking distances up to two miles over varied landscapes.
April 29
* Travelers departing from IOWA, MINNESOTA, or ILLINOIS take advantage of a transfer to our ‘gathering overnight’ at the Hyatt Place hotel in Mishawaka, IN or similar. All remaining travelers can arrive on their own at the hotel for a complimentary overnight or join the group on April 30 from one of our identified Indiana departure locations.
* For those spending the night at the Mishawaka hotel, get acquainted with fellow travelers and your tour manager; enjoy a complimentary breakfast the next morning.
April 30
* As we depart Indiana and wind through the scenic farmlands of Ohio and over Mount Nittany in Pennsylvania, this is a perfect time to get to know your fellow travelers.
* After a full day of travel, we’ll enjoy dinner together before our restful overnight at the Best Western Plus Country Cupboard Inn in Lewisburg, PA or similar.
May 1
* Welcome to the "Big Apple!" Enjoy a four-night stay at the Hotel Edison near Times Square!
* Grand Central Terminal, a famous NYC historical landmark known as a hub for dining and shopping, is the perfect place to start our NYC tour. Enjoy lunch on your own.
* This afternoon, we’ll view some of NYC’s most iconic spots with our step-on tour guide.
* Enjoy a free evening to explore Times Square with its many sights, sounds, and dining options for your enjoyment.
May 2
* After taking a ferry ride to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, we’ll become immersed in the immigrant history.
* While visiting the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, it will be the perfect time to honor those who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
* We’ll experience a NYC subway ride.
* Mangiamo! (Italian for "Let’s Eat!") Dinner together will be waist-expanding in Little Italy.
May 3
* You choose how to spend your morning! You may join a stroll through Central Park or enjoy free time.
* Ascending to the Top of the Rock observation deck offers a spectacular 360-degree view of Manhattan Island.
* Enjoy a free afternoon. Consider having a more in-depth exploration of the sites seen on our NYC guided tour.
* Tonight, we’ll delight in our first Broadway production.
May 4
* On our guided Circle Line "Best of NYC Harbor" Sightseeing Cruise, we’ll learn more about this fascinating city’s past continuing through present day.
* This afternoon, we’ll enjoy a Broadway matinee.
* Tonight, we’ll gather for dinner together.
* As this is our last evening in NYC, you may want to continue exploring this vibrant city before turning in.
May 5
* As we continue our travels, enjoy the passing views.
* Our overnight will be at the Drury Plaza Downtown, Cleveland, OH or similar.
* Enjoy dinner on your own by checking out the many restaurants within walking distance of our hotel
May 6
* As we start our journey home, this will be a perfect time to share your trip highlights with your fellow travel mates.
* Touring Ralphie’s house from "A Christmas Story" might stir up Christmas memories.
* We’ll enjoy lunch together in Cleveland.
* Travelers departing the tour in INDIANA and ILLINOIS, welcome back to your departure locations.
