This tour offers departure points in Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois, and Indiana. Depending on your pick-up point selection, the tour duration will be from 7 to 9 days. The price will vary accordingly. The “Base Tour”, or core, will begin on the day the last group of travelers join the tour, and end on the first day they begin to leave. “Additions”, like a "Gathering" or "Post" core night, to that base tour will allow all travelers the convenience of departing from as close to home as possible.

April 28
* Travelers departing from IOWA, MINNESOTA, or ILLINOIS take advantage of a transfer to our ‘gathering overnight’ at the Hyatt Place hotel in Mishawaka, IN, or similar. All remaining travelers can arrive at the hotel on their own for a complimentary overnight stay or join the group on April 29 from one of our designated Indiana departure locations.
* For those spending the night at the Mishawaka hotel, get acquainted with fellow travelers and your tour manager, and enjoy a complimentary breakfast the next morning.
April 29
* As we depart Indiana and wind through the scenic farmlands of Ohio and over Mount Nittany in Pennsylvania, this is a perfect time to get to know your fellow travelers.
* After a full day of travel, we’ll enjoy dinner together before our restful overnight at the Best Western Plus Country Cupboard Inn in Lewisburg, PA, or similar.
April 30
* Welcome to the "Big Apple!" where we’ll enjoy a four-night stay at the Hotel Edison near Times Square!
* Enjoy lunch on your own at Grand Central Terminal, a historical landmark known for dining and shopping.
* This afternoon, we’ll view some of NYC’s most iconic spots with our step-on tour guide.
* Take a free evening to explore Times Square with its many sights, sounds, and dining options for your enjoyment.
May 1
* After taking a ferry ride to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, we’ll become immersed in the immigrant history.
* At the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, we’ll remember those who lost their lives in the 9/11/2001 terrorist attacks.
* Experience NYC from below ground on a subway ride.
* Dinner together will be waist-expanding in Little Italy.
May 2
* You choose how to spend your morning! Maybe a stroll through Central Park, a visit to a museum, or shopping.
* A spectacular 360-degree view of Manhattan Island is ours from the Top of the Rock observation deck.
* Enjoy a free afternoon exploring Rockefeller Plaza.
* Tonight, we’ll delight in our first Broadway production.
May 3
* On our guided Circle Line "Best of NYC Harbor" Sightseeing Cruise, we’ll learn more about this fascinating city’s past continuing through present day.
* After lunch on your own, we’ll give our regards to Broadway and enjoy our second show.
* Tonight, we’ll gather for dinner together.
* As this is our last evening in NYC, you may wish to continue exploring this vibrant city before turning in.
May 4
* Take in the passing views as we continue our travels.
* Enjoy dinner on your own by checking out the many restaurants within walking distance of our hotel, the Drury Plaza Downtown, Cleveland, OH, or similar.
May 5
* At Ralphie’s house from "A Christmas Story," you can pose with the Leg Lamp and the Red Ryder BB Gun.
* We’ll enjoy lunch together in Cleveland.
* As we start our journey home, this will be a perfect time to share your trip highlights with your fellow travel mates.
* Travelers departing the tour in INDIANA and ILLINOIS, welcome back to your departure locations.
* Travelers continuing to Iowa and Minnesota, enjoy a relaxing overnight at the DoubleTree in Alsip, IL, or similar.
