This tour offers departure points in Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois, and Indiana. Depending on your pick-up point selection, the tour duration will be from 6 to 8 days. The price will vary accordingly. The “Base Tour”, or core, will begin on the day the last group of travelers join the tour, and end on the first day they begin to leave. “Additions”, like a "Gathering" or "Post" core night, to that base tour will allow all travelers the convenience of departing from as close to home as possible.

November 9

* Travelers departing from IOWA, MINNESOTA, or ILLINOIS take advantage of our ‘gathering overnight’ at the DoubleTree Hotel in Alsip, IL or similar. Remaining travelers can arrive on their own at the hotel for a complimentary night or choose to join the group on November 10 from our identified departure locations.
* For those staying in the Chicagoland area, meet your tour manager and enjoy breakfast the next morning.

November 10

* After our day of travel, enjoy dinner on your own in the vibrant Downtown Louisville.
* We’ll enjoy a restful overnight stay at the Hampton Inn Louisville North/Clarksville - Clarksville, IN, or similar accommodations, before continuing on with our journey.

November 11

* Our first stop of the day is the Kentucky Artisan Center in Berea, KY, home to artwork and quality crafts from over 800 Kentucky artists.
* This evening, we'll dine at the Biltmore Estate, followed by a self-guided candlelight stroll. The Biltmore will be adorned with over 100 decorated trees and 350 wreaths.
* Tonight's overnight stay is at the Hampton Inn & Suites - Asheville, NC, or similar.

November 12

* This morning, we travel to Pigeon Forge and "The Island" - one of Tennessee’s top attractions. Enjoy free time to explore the attractions, shops and have lunch on your own.
* The Christmas Place, where Christmas is celebrated yearround, is a perfect stop on a holiday-themed tour.
* Next, we’ll visit the world’s largest permanent Titanic Museum, where history and artifacts bring the story to life.
* Tonight at the Dolly Parton Stampede Dinner Attraction, we’ll enjoy thrilling horse stunts, musical productions, and a home-cooked dinner.
* We'll breathe in the fresh mountain air as we settle in for the first of our two nights at the Dollywood DreamMore Resort!

November 13

* Today is yours! The DreamMore Resort has a free shuttle to Dollywood. Enjoy live entertainment, seasonal displays, crafters’ & artisans' demonstrations and culinary treats.
* As evening draws near, what better way to get into the Christmas spirit than to be surrounded by a stunning Dollywood light display of 5 million twinkling lights ending with spectacular fireworks!

November 14

* We are on our way to Music City, U.S.A. - Nashville, TN.
* We’ll view Nashville through the eyes of our singer/songwriter step-on guide.
* We'll walk in the footsteps of Country Music Legends on our guided Grand Ole Opry Backstage tour.
* Next, we'll have dinner at Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen, followed by an overnight stay at the Drury Inn & Suites - Nashville, TN or similar.

* We begin our journey home. This will be the perfect time to share your tour highlights with fellow travelers.
* Travelers departing the tour in INDIANA and ILLINOIS, welcome back to your departure locations!
* Travelers continuing to Iowa and Minnesota, enjoy a relaxing overnight at the DoubleTree - Alsip, IL or similar.
