This tour offers departure points in Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois, and Indiana. Depending on your pick-up point selection, the tour duration will be from 8 to 10 days. The price will vary accordingly. The Base Tour, or core, will begin on the day the last group of travelers join the tour, and end on the first day they begin to leave. Additions, like a "Gathering" or "Post" core night, to that base tour will allow all travelers the convenience of departing from as close to home as possible.

* Travelers departing from IOWA and MINNESOTA, takeadvantage of our ‘gathering overnight’ in the Chicagoland area. Remaining travelers can arrive on their own at the hotel for a complimentary night or choose to join the group on April 9 from our identified departure locations.
* For those staying in the Chicagoland hotel, meet fellow travlers and enjoy breakfast the next morning.
April 9
* Enjoy lunch on your own, followed by every music lover’s dream - touring the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
* Our overnight tonight will be at the Drury Plaza Hotel Cleveland Downtown or similar - Cleveland, OH.
April 10
* Sit back and enjoy the views as we travel to Baltimore, MD.
* We'll enjoy dinner together prior to turning in at the Hyatt Place Baltimore/Inner Harbor or similar.
April 11
* Arriving in Annapolis, MD. we'll be greeted by a colonial-attired guide for a walking tour of Colonial Annapolis
* After lunch together, enjoy an Annapolis Harbor cruise.
* The rest of the day is yours to explore and dine on your own at Annapolis City Dock.
* Our overnight will be at Double Tree by Hilton Annapolis or similar accommodations.
April 12
* Sure to be a tour highlight: viewing the Washington, D.C. National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade from our reserved parade seats.
* Enjoy our beautiful Cherry Blossom Lunch Cruise, followed by a walk along the Tidal Basin Loop Trail to discover more cherry blossoms and iconic sights.
* Our home-away-from-home the next three nights will be at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City National Airport or similar - Arlington, VA.
* Enjoy dinner on your own at a restaurant near our hotel.
April 13
* We'll start our day with a walking tour of the Vietnam and World War II Memorials.
* Together, we'll arrive for a self-guided tour of the Holocaust Museum, a memorial to Holocaust victims
* Our Smithsonian Museum exploration will be centered on the American History Museum.
* Seeing the Declaration of Independence at the National Archives Museum is sure to be an awe-inspiring moment.
* Tonight, we'll enjoy dinner together.
April 14
* Another tour highlight will be visiting Arlington National Cemetery with the Changing of the Guard Ceremony.
* At the Marine Corps War Memorial, we'll pay tribute to the Marines who have given their lives for our country.
* With our visit to the National Museum of the United States Army, we'll honor soldiers past, present, and future.
* Mount Vernon, historic home of George & Martha Washington, will be our next stop.
* Dinner together will be a great time to share tour stories.
April 15
* One of the nation's oldest and largest Victorian greenhouses, the Phipps Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, will be our first Pittsburgh stop.
* Enjoy a free evening to explore and dine on your own.
* Our overnight will be at the Drury Plaza Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown or similar.
April 16
* Today, we start our travels home.
* Travelers departing the tour in INDIANA and ILLINOIS, welcome back to your departure locations.
* Travelers continuing on to Iowa and Minnesota, enjoy an overnight at DoubleTree by Hilton or similar - Alsip, IL
April 17
